Independent to Ratanapura's "Ava" journals, other ancient Burmese palm leaf manuscripts refer to the symbolic use of Angels Animals anciently. One such was written by King Alaungpaya's administrator,
Nandabahu in (1752-1760).  Discovered by U Maung Maung Tin of Mandalays historical commission, it describes known characteristics of  Angels Animals during the Pinya-Ava period (13th-14th century AD) and continuing until the writings of the manuscripts in the 18th century.  This find parallels, the Ratanapura "Ava" diaries.  The physical evidences found in the King Narapati's discovery reveals and validates the characteristics written of by Nandabahu, and introduces  numerous others we will feature.
